It's like a dynamic spreadsheet and very intuitive and simple with columns and lists and dates and filters and can be tailored for your firm and flexed so really do love this for two years plus

I like the fact it doesn't do client portals. Can't stand them and neither do clients to be fair!

Firstly, before we started using the software, the relationship management was fantastic. They have always had a focus on people and providing fantastic service. The software is fantastic too. We are a lean firm (we aren't dealing with 1000s of clients. So for us having bespoke tasks and high focus on advisory allows us to deliver on everything that we need. Compliance tasks are easily on repeat, and our team are always accountable. There are a lot of new features on the road map too, so a lot of good to come!
