I like the filters that Pin provides, which help me narrow down the candidate search based on different criteria. Pin also offers suggestions, which is helpful. A feature I really appreciate is being able to write in and customize what I need to be filtered out, allowing me to get very specific with what I'm looking for in candidates and profiles.

I find Pin to have a very easy-to-use GUI, which makes it simple and intuitive to navigate. The dashboard is very good and provides great analytics.
