Very real time in nature. No lag in the questions posted and seen on screen.

The feature set is great, and comparable with other platforms on the market. It's easy to use and integrates well into other platforms. The support from the team is timely and well skilled. I highly recommend this platform for use on an enterprise level as well as your smaller events. The team event went as far as to develop an integation with IBM (our streaming platform). This was completely above and beyond and we love the team for doing it!

The multiple functions and customisations available to 1) ease the flow of conversations 2) create a safe space for sensitive topics. Customer service is top-notch as well.
