It is very user friendly platform , my attendee able to post question via QR code and it is easy for organizer to set up poiling / Q&A session for all my events . Account Manager , Mr Jordan Goh is very friendly and reponsive whenever i have any question about how to setting my event .

There is a range of methods that participants of our events/meetings can input their responses - of which we can tailor to enable responses are reflected and adddressed. The various panels are also rather useful, especially when we're having various screens such as the Moderator/Administrator/Projector/Audience Panels. Post-event, Pigeonhole is also very user firnedly such that responses can be downloaded easily for referencing/post-event work or follow ups. In terms of customer support, the team is also really responsive and helpful. Jordan went the extramile to recommend and suggest plans that would be suitable for another event (not of our usual mode) that we were hosting.
