Pierce Washington has a great team of Business Savvy Advisors, but also technical expertise to execute the project to the end. I like that they are a small to mid sized firm that is big enough to get the job done, but not too big to have an extreme amount of overhead in a project.

Pierce Washington is an installer of the BigMachines product that my group would inherit to support. BigMachines is a highly complex, highly customizable tool that had a significant number of methods for use. Following an established methodology and not over promising to a customer is key to a successful project. Pierce Washington worked within the established methodologies while meeting the customer requests with implementations that could be supported.

What impressed me the most about PW is that they put customer success over profit. They do the job right the first time, and are forward thinking enough to mitigate risks before they become problemes. A great example of this is their becoming the first certified implementation partner of BigMachines, demonstrating their commitment to CPQ and willingness to follow best practices.
