Campaign Drive gives our corporate marketing team the necessary controls to drive meaningful content downstream to our sales teams while allowing us to maintain compliance. More importantly, it allows our end users the experience to deliver a tailored client experience at scale by customizing print materials, ordering them directly through our CampaignDrive instance and communicating or reporting on it all the way through. Jessica and the team are always super helpful and on top of our requests when we have issues. Pica9 has been an amazing partner from implementation to now the optimization stage we are a few years into our journey.

The team has been really helpful. The platform seems to meet our needs and I'm looking forward to seeing it grow with our company over the next several months. I gave it an 8/10 because I haven't fully implemented it yet, but it seems to be working really well.

Streamlines workflow and increases efficiency – using CampaignDrive, our team has successfully built a one-stop shop for our locations to get everything they need for key promotions throughout the year. Our self-service ad builder site has significantly reduced the number of one-off requests submitted to our Marketing team, and we are confident in knowing that the materials downloaded from the site are both brand and legally compliant. User friendly – with minimal training, our field users can easily download assets and generate documents in minutes. There’s certainly a learning curve for those who are less tech savvy, but they report that it’s easy to use and intuitive once they get acquainted with the site. Customer support – our Customer Success representative has been a really great partner for us. She’s taken the time to get to know us and our business over the years, and she works alongside us to help find effective solutions for our field users. There aren’t always out-of-the-box solutions available for our unique business model/use case, but she is been extremely supportive in helping us brainstorm and implement custom solutions to fit our needs.
