The Pi Datametrics platform is incredibly powerful to provide clear and in-depth reporting at all levels. From super broad multi-market level metrics all the way down to individual keywords, you can see how well your site performs against the wider market, and who your true organic search competitors are. The range of metrics covers your typical SEO must-haves like visibility, keyword rankings and traffic, but goes beyond the norm with market share and revenue-based metrics that help to visualise where the opportunity is for your site. They've also recently implemented tracking for AI overviews and plan to expand this to cover ChatGPT, which is great news as it means I can keep all of my clients reporting in one place. A special mention has to go to the customer support function at Pi. Every customer gets a CSM for account health, and a search expert to look at the data and find key insights and focus areas, with options to add-on consultancy. They also have a platform support team based in the Brighton office, who are on hand for any platform queries or if you find any bugs. The whole function is super efficient.
