The UI is very friendly and easy to use, even for beginners or for new translators who are just getting started. Its support is also quite good, and even with their new AI support system I have to say that it works better than expected.

What I like most about Phrase is the automatic confirmation of identical segments, which saves a lot of time on large projects. I also appreciate the ability to sort strings by different criteria, such as confirmed/unconfirmed status or fuzzy match percentages, as this makes project management much easier. Another feature I find very useful is the F8 keyboard shortcut for inserting tags quickly and accurately, which helps maintain formatting consistency and improves productivity.

I love the friendly GUI (also the fact that I can switch between Night/Day tones), the shortcuts are easy to change (even though the default ones are best for me), also the Preview panel is very helpful.
