I love that Phonic allows me to prepare an online survey, including pictures and customizing the design exactly as I want it in straightforward steps. I could not interview participants face-to-face, and that was a huge problem. With Phonic I can do that, and what's even better, I can also avoid the observer's paradox by having participants reply to the survey in a time of their choosing, without seeing an unfamiliar face in front of them, and while they're in the comfort of their own home.
