Once set up, it works as advertised and helps cut down on manual labor. Customer support is great! OCR is accurate and quick.

I like the user interface-- it is simple and easy to use. The scanner drivers themselves are quite capable and with a Fujitsu scanner, you can capture really clean images. There is a decent amount of capability with PaperStream Capture along with some good tools for basic automation.

We use PaperStream every single day. It delivers outstanding scanning performance. It consistently produces high quality scanned images and its image cleanup features save us a great deal of time. The speed, accuracy and reliability make it an invaluable tool for any business with high scanning demands. It is incredibly simple to install and scanning profiles are available to the whole computer, rather than per-user as some other scanning applications are. This is a huge plus for us as it means we don't have to copy scanning profiles to other user profiles.
