The depth and breadth of personizalization are astounding, so if you understand your user journey and user personas, you can set personalized funnels for each. Graceful fallbacks are supported for each dynamic personalization. The new addition of Goals is very powerful to truly measure the performance of your experiments. Goals can be not just landing page based, but JS events too, making them very versatile. For B2B use cases, there're a native and very powerful integration with Hyperise, which allows a sophisticated marketer with a bit of imagination to really knock his prospect's socks off.

Most of the time you can tell about saas by it's support quality. We have personizely on our site and there was one element which was shifted a bit by personizely. I tried fixing this issue on my own but gave up after 20 mins or so. Pinged their livechat support and pasted URL to my site where the issue is. They checked it and published code update to address the issue. I was expecting maybe they will say that it's out of their reach while this issue is on my site on single little detail, maybe they will ping me back with some css/js tips. Yet what they did is they pushed update within 10minutes time and signed me back that it's fixed and please check.
