I really like how easy it is to use Perk, making it a breeze to book travel. The timeline feature is fantastic because it helps me visualize my itinerary, especially for more complex travel plans. I also appreciate the approval matrix feature that allows my manager to see bookings without needing explicit communication, which simplifies things a lot.

The interface is very intuitive; however, for the Italian market, I would better organize the selection of trains to more easily manage any connections. The proposed prices are generally aligned with those found on other platforms, but I would add the possibility of leaving reviews directly within the platform. The support is prompt, and they immediately resolve any issues encountered via chat.
