I like having a single place to file, create and review all critical information. From one place (the dashboard) I can create and get out reviews and projects. I can set goals for individuals and/or groups. Offers notifications reminders for projects or scheduled reports needed along with provide me with any combination customized report on any one and/or multiple areas.

Ease of Goal Entry, Difficult Navigation

The UI is very user friendly and allows goals to be set at both an individual and department level which is great. I like how easy it is to see the progress bar growing towards my goal.
