The biggest advantage for us is how flexible the platform is, especially when it comes to automation, workflows, onboarding, and offboarding. A lot of systems become frustrating the moment you need something slightly custom, but here it usually feels like there is always a way to adapt the process to what the company actually needs. Our team also really likes how performance reviews and feedback processes can be configured inside the platform. It`s flexible enough to adapt to different approaches and actually helps organize the whole process in a much cleaner and more manageable way. And honestly, the Slack and Google integrations deserve a separate mention because they make everyday work so much smoother. Plus, even if some integration doesn`t exist, there is still the option to connect things through the API. Also huge credit to the support team and our Customer Success Manager 🧡 responses are always fast and very helpful. You can really feel that the platform is constantly evolving and improving based on client needs, which is something we genuinely appreciate.
