Frankly, PeopleForce became the backbone of our HR system. We are a relatively small start-up that grew rapidly, and before this our employee information was spread across a bunch of different tools and places. Everything we need – from records to onboarding, time off and performance reviews – is in one place without cluttering our workspace.<br><br>First of all, it's the intuitive interface that makes it work great: it's clean and simple enough to make people use it automatically and understand how it works right away – even new hires learn it quickly and our managers approve leaves in two or three clicks. And it's also incredibly responsive and stable: I've never faced any performance issues and downtimes with it.<br><br>The ability to integrate with third-party apps saves us a lot of time because it is connected to our Google Workspace and sends reminders to our Slack channels, so we don't have to communicate outside our workspace. Running review cycles (self-assessment surveys, 360-degree feedback, 1-on-1 discussions) used to take a considerable amount of my time, but now it mostly happens within the platform. The new artificial intelligence tools are actually useful to me as well – they help me compile the results of surveys in one place.<br><br>For a company of our size the pricing is reasonable and pays off in the saved working hours – it pays for itself with ease. When we moved to the new platform, the team of onboarding and support provided by the company was very quick and helpful.
