Horrible customer service. Prices not as advertised.

I was never able to use the product fully as it would never download and had to go get to a third customer service person on chat to get me access to the correct down load file. That is when I found out the price was different! When I asked for a refund of what I already paid the customer service rep called me a cu*t.
