I like TraceAR’s clean UI. I also appreciate the features for collecting failed payments and giving users the option to get a discount on NET terms. The platform includes a REST API that’s easy to integrate.
Pricing feels reasonable. When I migrated to another payment processor back in 2021, I discovered over $40,000 in missed payments. Since then, my dunning tool has collected hundreds of thousands of dollars for me, so the benefits easily outweigh the cost.
TraceAR performs fast, and the onboarding support was handled over a screenshare, which made the setup straightforward.
