Our employees appreciate having the Paytient card available when unexpected medical bills arise. It is easy for employees to use and HR to manage through the online portal. We get an email reminder each pay period where we can download a report that can be uploaded into our Payroll system to capture their deductions. After that, we confirm the deductions on the portal so the account balances are updated. That is it, so easy! Our account manager Sarah is also very responsive and helpful with anything we need. In the few instances where any employee has faced issues with their Paytient card, Sarah has helped us resolve the problem quickly and seamlessly.
