PaymentWorks helps us confirm the supplier’s identity, verify their banking information, and flag potential compliance concerns, including screening against applicable lists. I also really like that the supplier is responsible for entering and maintaining their own information, rather than us pulling details from a W-9 and manually keying everything into our system. It shifts the dynamic from “we received a W-9 and entered the information” to “the supplier provided and validated their information, and we have a process to verify it.”
