I like the organization chart in Paycom because it provides a clear view of our company. It helps us see the pathway of who reports to who, such as directors, managers, and even supervisors that report to a manager, which also allows us to make edits within this same view. It's useful for separating those who should be reporting to a different supervisor in the tree.
