Passwork Cloud has made a strong first impression, especially in terms of UI and user experience. The interface is clean, intuitive, and easy to navigate, making it simple to organize credentials using vaults, folders, color labels, and tags. I also appreciate the flexibility of custom fields, detailed activity logs, per-record event history, and the ability to duplicate entries while retaining existing metadata. The onboarding experience has been smooth, and the customer support team has been excellent throughout our evaluation. They have been responsive, professional, and helpful in answering questions and clarifying product capabilities. I also like the customization options, such as the organization-specific URL and customizable workspace banner, which help create a more personalized experience for teams. While we are still evaluating the platform, the overall usability and organization features have been some of the strongest aspects so far.
