It has been a good way to have control of everything about inventory, quality and production. There is a clearer vision of manufacturing, it has been possible to improve aspects of production with better efficiency. Raw material is used more and less is wasted. It has allowed the creation of better strategies to improve the entire inventory and production system. It has brought together several shortcomings that were had and with more evaluated knowledge it has been possible to improve.
