TrakSYS is in my experience a more flexible MES solution than others. This allows for more control in the development phase and lets you adapt to a high number of variations which in my opinion is very important when building MES solutions for different companies as the operation from factory to factory varies substantially. This is specifically using C# scripting. And the easy-to-use UI building functionality. The UI building framework also allows you to spend more time on UI/UX design which is an important aspect for building solutions that are easy to adapt by the operators, and allows for less time spent on change management. In addition, other MES solutions are limited in this regard. The scripting features also allow highly customized integrations which let TrakSYS not be the bump in the road when creating integration with other systems across the manufacturing environment.

TrakSYS is a modular manufacturing operations management platform. Unlike closed and rigid systems, it stands out for its open architecture, low-code platform and native integration with the main industrial protocols. This allows for agile, scalable and cost-effective deployments.
