Well supported with extra modules

We use PARiM because its very easy to use, extremely well supported and seems to be developed in response to our suggestions quickly. We use it to schedule our staff, communicate with them, track our certificates and do our Lone Worker Check Calls. Being modular we only turn on the modules with the features we wanted. As we expand we may use ,more but at least they are there should we want them

We Would Recommend

Using PARiM has made managing annual leave much easier for our organisation. Our staff are able to access the system from any device and can see at a glance how much leave they have left. We are also able to customise the system to add and delete types of leave. These can be colour coded so it is easier to keep track of absences. The support from the team at PARiM is fast and helpful – we often use the instant messenger feature to contact the team and are happy with their customer service. We would recommend PARiM if you want a simple to use HR system for a small or large organisation.

Staff scheduling made easy!

Parim is a very easy to use well priced piece of software, Enabling us to easily and quickly schedule our shifts. We also use the check call feature with the gps location which is very useful.
