It is so nice to have in one place nearly everything that a coaching business would require. I like that the platform features provide a lot of room to grow and experiment as I consider how my business and offerings might evolve in the future. It also makes it so user-friendly for the client (they can sign their contract, pay, and schedule in one smooth process) and saves time, back-and-forth communication, and the mental burden of addressing undone administrative items for everyone. The biggest surprise for me is how nuanced you can be in controlling your calendar availability: e.g., you can automatically have it create 30min. buffers between meetings. I think I am now done with experimenting with Calendly as a result.

I love how easy it is to get up and running on Paperbell. No worries about how features work because you'll get walked through step by step plus there are even video tutorials! I also appreciate the ICF client coaching log feature that automatically tracks hours...one less thing to manage!

I love having everything in one place, clients, emails, contracts, resources. It's simple to use and takes the stress out of trying to remember everything.
