I now know about a failure before my end users. Historically, I found out about a failed report execution when an end user received a blank report or a report didn't update. Pantomath provides me visibility based on alerting when an ETL failed that populates a report I used, when a Power BI report failed to refresh - and because of this, I am able to not only intervene and run a manual update, but also build trust with the business by alerting them before they come to me with an issue. Pantomath has also saved us from deploying a change that would have cause significant downstream impacts. We were able to see all the reports, systems and downstream products that would fail had a data change been implemented without proper steps taken upstream to account for the change. The UI is easy to use - doesn't take much training to know how to use the tool. My team members use the tool almost daily, especially as we are working through our cloud migration. Any time we need support, Pantomath's support team is at the ready. I appreciate how attentive our support team has been to our business.

Data pipelines can be quite complex and over time we had built 1000s of them. Pantomath seamlessly plugged into our pipeline and started monitoring for any failures and freshness issues. A great platform for SREs to be on top of any data issues and be proactive in remediation. Builds trust with stakeholders over time!
