The team are helpful with onboarding, and they continue to provide ad hoc support whenever it’s needed. After setup, it’s genuinely helpful and cuts down a lot of the admin involved in running a business. It automates many tasks and makes note-keeping straightforward. I honestly couldn’t imagine being without it. There are some additional costs that require the use of credits, but this isn’t unusual compared with similar software companies.
