The AI functionality has allowed us to score hundreds more tickets than our manual QA agent was whilst giving us valuable insight into the services we were providing. Great reporting dashboards so our CSM can easily see where the team are excelling and where additional training needs to be provided. The initial set up of the platform was super easy thanks to the great support from the Oversai team, they took my feedback and suggestions on board and had quite often made the improvements overnight!
