Outplanr - Easy to access !!
It is great tool when it comes to delegating work or tasks between the team and also when sharing content or files. It makes life so much easier when checking up on the projects we are doing in the organization. We can also check who is working on what and easily monitor the progress until it's completion.
It is extremely easy to use and has a added advantage to view it in calendar with all tasks organised in well manner.
