I really appreciate the powerful automation features in Osano, which are a game changer for our organization. I find the workflow and simplicity Osano offers are exceptional, making it much easier to achieve and maintain compliance seamlessly. With limited staff, these features act as a force multiplier, significantly enhancing our operational capability. Additionally, the ease of setup was impressive, with their support team guiding us through the process swiftly, completing most of the setup in under an afternoon. This streamlined experience enhances our ability to integrate compliance into our daily operations effortlessly.

Osano was very easy to onboard -- the documentation and assistance were fantastic, but we almost didn't need them because the platform was intuitive to use. The biggest advantage for us, however, was how well Osano handles managing permissions for our Hubspot integration. We tried other solutions who claimed they worked with Hubspot, but they weren't setup for managing Hubspot's code on a non-Hubspot website. We kept running in to trouble that hamstrung our website or didn't respect user's privacy preferences. Osano handles it well right out of the box.

I have confidence that Osano is handling our cookie issues for all jurisdictions. It is good to know it is just doing the task without us interacting with it. We also use Osano for our DSAR platform and it is user friendly for our customers and also for those of us complying with the requests. Osano was a quick install. Customer support has been efficient and prompt.
