I think the dashboard and email scheduling features are really useful and much more interactive than the ones I've used before.

1. Solid drag&drop builder. No crazy bells and whistles, but an all around solid template builder that ensures consistent results in all major email providers.<br>2. Vast data connection options - it's very easy to create and connect different external activities and additional parameters on which to later base segmentation or automations. The opportunities here are limitless.<br>3. Very quick and pleasant customer service. The agents are knowledgeable and reply fast.

Many integrations, especially with our CRM. Very good when first starting out.
