I think the dashboard and email scheduling features are really useful and much more interactive than the ones I've used before.

1. Solid drag&drop builder. No crazy bells and whistles, but an all around solid template builder that ensures consistent results in all major email providers. 2. Vast data connection options - it's very easy to create and connect different external activities and additional parameters on which to later base segmentation or automations. The opportunities here are limitless. 3. Very quick and pleasant customer service. The agents are knowledgeable and reply fast.

Many integrations, especially with our CRM. Very good when first starting out.
