The residents and family members can check the screen anytime with what's currently happening, like major events, activities and community programs they can join.

Layout still easy to use however finding the features are comparible to others that offer the service for free.

The flexibility of the product and the hardware has been a big plus for us. We initially just needed a simple display to show our call queues for our Reservations call centre, but after playing with the various settings, I can see we’ll be using it for so much more. The interface is easy to use, and I really like that it can be edited from a mobile app as well. Changes are almost instant, and it integrates with our 3CX telephone system’s web page to display exactly the info we need for our team. Pricing is spot on for what we receive. We’ve only had to use one device so far, but I’ll be demoing it for our Marketing team soon, so I can see we’ll be buying more. Support from the website is great, and because everything is intuitive, I haven’t come across any roadblocks yet. I haven’t explored all the AI / Intelligence features yet—there’s been no call for them so far but it's early days—but who knows what we’ll use the smart features for next. I can certainly see us using these integrations as recently we've started using Claude and and CoPilot, perhaps when we roll these out to our stores we'll investigate using the Audience intelligence features to see how much of an impact our designs have. Really happy with everything so far.
