Reconciliation that runs itself, and a month-end close that finishes on time

What stands out most is how much of the reconciliation work disappears from the day-to-day. Before this, matching transactions across payment gateways, bank statements and the ledger was a manual exercise that stretched across the last few days of every month, and the team spent more time chasing mismatches than understanding them. Optimus handles that matching in the background and surfaces only the exceptions, so the finance team reviews a short list instead of working through thousands of rows. The knock-on effect is that month-end close finishes earlier and with fewer surprises, because problems get caught as they happen rather than at the end of the cycle.
