Easy to use and excellent customer service
It was incredibly easy to start using. I had my ranking order survey ready to go in minutes! Their customer service is outstanding. Not only did they have a quick response, but they were immediately able to address my issue in a thoughtful way. <br><br>Update: Recipients of my OpinionX survey told me it was the "easiest rank and sort" they have ever done and thought it was a "cool" software!

One of the best service to create public surveys
This helps survey owners to listen about user's choices. This helped to create a meaningful data based on large number of audience's views to make best choices for the product. One unique feature is, it has an option of ranked list of problems, options etc to see a clear view of priorities of user.
