ClockOut is an employee time clock and scheduling app built for hourly teams such as restaurants, construction crews, clinics, landscaping, home care, cleaning, and retail. Employees clock in with one tap from any phone browser. Each punch is GPS-stamped, and managers can draw geofences around workplaces to block or flag out-of-bounds punches. A shared tablet can run kiosk mode for PIN punches. Clock-ins and clock-outs made without signal are saved and sync with the original tap time. Managers build recurring schedules, post open shifts, approve swaps, track availability and PTO, and review exceptions for late arrivals, no-shows, missed breaks, and overtime. When payroll is due, teams can preview and lock hours, then export payroll-ready CSV files in ADP, Gusto, QuickBooks, or generic formats. ClockOut is free for up to 2 employees, $3 per employee/month on Starter, and $5 on Pro. It runs in the browser and can be installed to the home screen on iOS and Android without an app store.
