After more than a year, I can say their customer service is fantastic. They are prompt and always willing to adapt to to meet our needs. They hold monthly customer meetings to keep everyone current with new content and content creators. I am excited for the customization of the content to be able to include our branding and direct links to needed documentation within the content. I love that I get notifications, saying this content will be retiring and here are three choices we recommend. They actually are doing what they say in keeping their library fresh and up to date.
