The system is incredibly user friendly, with easy implementation and valuable features. The filters and reporting capabilities make tracking progress efficient. Customer Service is outstanding- attentive, responsive and always willing to assist. My CSM, Alissa B. is consistently available for questions and provides excellent support and resources, ensuring my needs are met in a timely manner. The curation team is extremely helpful and the new feature to curate a list has been a great addition.

I use OpenSesame courses at my company for all of our employees, but I also take advantage of them myself! The courses are well-made and offer valuable insights not just for work, but for other areas of life as well. From work-life balance to neurodiversity and skill development, the variety of courses available is immense! I also appreciate the customer service. The variety of content providers and the support received from our Customer Success Manager is outstanding. I meet quarterly with our CSM and provided with important stats on our seat utilization, completion rates, and new content providers that we may be interested in. Our CSM keeps us informed on important updates and information that is important to us.
