Oovoo has made it much easier for staff to communicate and share messages/video conferencing to resolve issues and enhance communication through departments. We prefer this to Skype.

Pretty outdated
I do like the fact that you can have multiple callers and a messenger feature. Having the option to have up to 12 people in one call is one of the best things especially for large cyber meetings.
