It shows me exactly how many hours I’ve worked during the week and how many hours are on my check. It also lets me review and approve the time I’ve clocked in and out. It’s been helpful for checking my PTO balances as well.

I find OnTheClock Employee Time Clock to be a super simple app, especially for working in trades, as I can just pull out my phone and click punch in, and my time gets registered for the day. It's incredibly straightforward to set up—just enter your work email, and they handle the rest. All I do is click punch in when starting work and punch out when I'm done, and I don’t have to worry about anything else. The punch in and out method is really efficient and dependable. It's very valuable to me because once I punch in, I don’t have to worry about it for the rest of the day until I need to punch out.
