Streamlined Client Onboarding with Room for Improvement
I like that OnRamp allows us to have both internal only and client-facing tasks, keeping all onboarding tasks in one place. It helps us see what we need to do next, as well as what's still outstanding on the clients' side. This feature has improved our process since previously we had to rely on checklists or numerous emails, and now our clients can see everything in one place.

Streamlined Project Management with Client Integration
I love that OnRamp is working on growing based on our feedback. I also like that I can easily share all kinds of tasks with my clients instead of sending a ton of emails. The ability to share tasks with clients makes it feel like real teamwork, and they can see what work I need them to do before I can do my job. Plus, I like that I can add tasks later to different projects instead of starting over, which means I don't have to worry about missing information as projects change and evolve.
