Easy to Navigate, Smooth Outlook Integration, and Time-Saving Signed PDFs
Easy to access and navigate. It connects smoothly with Outlook and sends notifications reliably. I’ve never had any issues with speed. It also provides signed copies in PDF format, which saves me a lot of time. Overall, I feel like we’re getting our money’s worth. Setting it up was very easy as well; someone from the team booked a video call with us and explained everything clearly. I haven’t used any AI-related features yet, but I’d like an auto-signature option so I don’t have to search for it and drag it into place each time.

I really appreciate the automatic reminders that OneSpan Sign sends, which help ensure documents are signed on time. Also, the ease of signing is a big plus, especially for managers. It really simplifies the process for them.
