The first and most key aspect of OnePlan that I appreciate is its ability to integrate with various tools and allow for a single source of truth for the company. Within our organization, much of our team uses Azure DevOps, however, project planning is done in Project Microsoft. OnePlan combines and integrates with both these platforms to bring everything together. The second part of OnePlan I value is its global capacity planning. This tool allows you to see the allocation of resources across the organization and ensure everyone is being properly utilized. It also gives visibility to see where the majority of work is being done. The third feature of OnePlan that stands out for me is its reporting abilities. The numerous templates and extensive data that can be extracted from the tool allows for highly effective reporting and analysis on all areas in the company.
