What I like best about Okta is how much simpler it makes managing user access as a company grows. During my time at a startup, new employees often needed access to multiple applications from day one, and having a centralized platform helped streamline that process. Instead of managing accounts separately for every application, we could control access from one place, which savd time and reducd the chances of someone having unnecessary permissions. The Single Sign-On experience also made life easier for employees because they didn't have to remember different passwords for every tool they used. On top of that, Multi-Factor Authentication added an extra layer of security without making the login process overly complicated. Overall, Okta gave us a good balance between security and usability, which was especially valuable in a fast-paced environment where efficiency mattered.
