OhDear has been exactly what I wanted for my website monitoring. The pricing is reasonable for what you get, and their UI is clean and straightforward. I like how flexible their notification system is - I've got it hooked up to both email and Discord, so I never miss a beat when something needs attention. It can track multiple domains and you can set up specific notifications for each of them. It does not only uptime tracking, but also performance tracking, SSL monitoring, and a bunch of other useful metrics. No need to piece together multiple services.

I have a small business web site hosted at InMotion. Sometimes a customer would tell me they can't buy the product because the site is down. Oh Dear monitors the health of the site and notifies me when it goes down, then comes back up. I learned that my site goes down much more often than I thought, but never for more than a few minutes at a time. The notification email has an option to snooze, when there are too many events. I like the friendly tone of the messages. Setting it up was trivial, and I haven't had to do anything to keep it going.

Very easy to set up, and integrates perfectly into a Laravel project. A very good way to provide our clients with a status page and for us to monitor the status of our products.
