It monitors basically everything you could want to with almost no setup. The dashboard is very easy to use and makes it easy to track issues over time.

The detail and accuracy of the performance reports are fantastic. It's the perfect bridge app between our platform devs and other team members that might not have the same access to troubleshoot or might be slightly less technical and need an easy tool to show where any issues might be. I use it during deployments to monitor the change in performance and analyse any trends in performance lag. Uptime reporting allows me to review even the small outages that might not have been spotted, and again monitor for trends. Webhook alerts is mega useful, we have a few of these tailor set-up and pinging into Teams channels to get the right attention. I also use the lighthouse reporting tools, it's good to have an alternative to Google's lighthouse reports, plus you get a full history of the reports to monitor the performance over time, which you don't get with Google. I really like the ease of user management and the simplicity of cost, so we're not worrying about adding more users whenever I need someone to log in and check something for us. OhDear is user-friendly, easy to set-up and onboard users, it presents technical details in a way that allows non-techies to understand it.
