The step up from traditional chatbots is night and day. Our old system was basically just a decision tree that broke the moment someone asked something outside the script. OctaDezx actually understands natural language and handles variations in how people ask questions. The multi-channel support means we can use one system for website chat, WhatsApp, and social media instead of juggling multiple tools. I also appreciate that it handles product recommendations reasonably well. Yes totally worth it

The automated FAQ handling alone has been worth it for us. I like that it can scrape our website for product updates automatically so we dont have to manually update the system every time we change a product description or add something new. The escalation feature works well too, when the AI doesnt know something or a customer wants to talk to a human, it passes them off smoothly without any friction.
