I can literally use Claude to set up my entire dashboard, configure products, and manage responses without clicking through endless menus. It saves so much time. I also use Claude to analyze our customer inquiries and orders, it gives me detailed insights into what customers are asking about, common issues, and even trends I would have missed. Having that deeper intelligence layer on top of the automation has been a game changer for understanding our customers better.
