I love how intuitive the platform is to use and how easily you can navigate from project to project, keeping track of what you need to do and what is left to get done. It really has helped me and my team develop new ideas and really dive deep into the ideation process, unlocking ideas and concepts that we hadn't considered before. Using a sticky board to put ideas down and have them for future meetings and sessions is so much more valuable than I thought it would be. Instead of putting sticky notes on a wall and taking pictures that we never actually looked at later, we have the same sticky board available for reference and editing as the project moves forward and adapts to new ideas and input. We still use our Nova tools board for out brand guidelines and is the reference we point to our team to make decisions. Being able to track, assign, and add outside input through participants has been useful because it gives everyone the ability to look at what is being worked on and potentially where people might have some other ideas or opinions - it has saved us so much time in trying to schedule meetings with multiple departments to get there thoughts on new products and ideas.
