My favorite thing about Novara Flex is how much time it saves by keeping everything in one place, making it easier to track, manage, and follow up on what needs to get done. I use Flex daily, even on the weekends (when I have to!). I have the website saved on my phone like an app, and it’s still easy to use on a mobile device. I’ve literally been in the middle of the ocean on a cruise, taking care of things on my phone as ideas came to me. The software is fully customizable, and even though I’ve been using Flex for 7 years, I’m still learning new things. Their customer support is top notch, and they also have the Novara Connect site that allows top admins to connect and share ideas and experiences. Implementation and integration with our company was simple, and the continued support from Novara has been amazing. If you get Dale Golgart as your sales rep, you’re in good hands.
