I like that the support team is very responsive and that the team is willing to adapt to our business needs. When we started using Nova, we realized there were features we would love but were not available via our usual competitors. They updated the version to suit us and added other items to their roadmap to resolve at a later stage. The initial setup was pretty easy. They do all the hard work; we just need to enter our costs and some settings, and they do the rest.
